- To have a functional state of the art rowing facility providing boat storage, gear, maintenance area, club room, gym facility, office, change rooms, conference room etc.
- To establish a feasible, realistic, achievable development of club management systems, funding and growth to enable the club to achieve a position of sustainable growth so that realistic short-term goals can be established and secured within a framework of ever-changing executive committees and a membership base that waxes & wanes.
- To create & embrace a club ethos for the acceptance by the club that short-term gains can afford to be set aside by a future management committee while diverging on an alternative path towards the eventual long-term goal of full robust sustainability without negatively affecting the original long-term goals.
