  7. Establish a fleet of 4 'Costa Cini' type intermediate rowing trainers as an intermediate step for novice rowers not confident to row traditional single sculls.
  8. Create, extend & establish a sustainable LEARN to ROW program open to the general public.
  9. Purchase a race weight VIII
  10. Refurbish and maintain 3 training club VIIIs for corporate regattas
  11. Extend the first level club room floor to incorporate a lecture room, club office, gym & ergo room.
  12. Create, establish & support the growth of a '5 rivers 'Bridge to Bridge' fun long distance regatta series.
  13. Create, establish & support the growth of a Gold Coast corporate regatta series to engage the community.
  14. Facilitate the growth of a talent identification program, financial support & coaching program.
  15. Establish funding to open the facility for daylight hours 365 days a year.
  16. Nurture & support the continued growth of Gold Coast Region All Schools Rowing Association as the nursery for the future of the sport.
  17. Foster the growth of support for the PARADISE REGATTA and the extension of the regatta program as a significant community event.
  18. Establish the club as a regional centre for a sustainable rowing coach training course - levels 1, 2 & 3 - with attendant professional development lecture & work groups.
